Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
- Manage entirety of RFP process from start-to-finish
- Oversee all pre-construction activities, including contract development, subcontractor management, and procurement from various EPCs
- Coordinate and monitor on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective problem-solving strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate project documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
- Preferred education in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing solar projects
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiation
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project and Excel
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
