Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective problem-solving strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing community-scale solar projects, including both rooftop and ground-mount installations.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiation.
