Job Duties
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and team members.
Dispatch members of our sales team to the right calls for them.
Track and report on the outcomes of sales calls to monitor performance and identify trends.
Address concerns and provide solutions for potential membership issues.
Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Team Participation
Attend all required staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay aligned with company goals.
Maintain and promote a positive, professional, and supportive work environment.
