Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager  to oversee and optimize the daily operations of JD Watches. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, highly organized, and capable of leading teams to maintain operational efficiency in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities :

• Operational Oversight :  Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, logistics, and quality control.
• Team Leadership :  Supervise and support sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Process Improvement :  Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to optimize operations.
• Vendor Management :  Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Customer Service Excellence :  Work closely with the sales team to ensure a premium customer experience that aligns with JD Watches’ standards.
• Compliance :  Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and local laws.
• Financial Management :  Monitor budgets, manage operational expenses, and work with leadership to meet financial goals.
• Reporting :  Develop and present operational performance reports to senior management, using data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
