We are searching for an experienced self-motivated Facilities & Project Coordinator to join our team. Do you have experience in commercial, retail or restaurant construction? Do you often receive positive feedback on your customer service? If so, then this is the job for you!
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate and maintain schedule of service techs
- Responsible for closing of work orders
- Update Corrigo, and Service Channel
- Obtain approvals for quotes
- Handle NTE Requests
- Strong attention to details
- Perform other related duties as assigned or needed
Requirements
- Facilities Management (Required)
- HVAC Dispatching (Required)
- Must have Corrigo and Service Channel experience (Required)
- Must complete 5-10 work orders daily (Required)
- Commercial construction knowledge (Required)
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel (Required)
- Experience servicing restaurants & retail stores is a plus!
- Experience in HVAC/R, Plumbing, or Electrical service coordination is a plus!
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
