De Novo Planning Group , a vibrant and expanding environmental planning firm in California, is seeking an experienced and driven Air Quality Specialist . This position is perfect for individuals skilled in air quality modeling and CEQA documentation in a consulting environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to excel in a low-bureaucracy setting where all team members, including the principals, are actively involved. You will have the freedom to build an Air Quality practice from the ground up, working on a variety of infrastructure and development projects for both public and private sector clients.
Whether you excel as a doer or as a doer / seller, you will have the chance to interact with clients while independently managing project-related air quality elements. Your strong work ethic, client-centric approach, and desire for challenges will be rewarded through our performance-based compensation model!
Base annual salary is anticipated to range from $80,000 - $150,000 annually, not including bonus potential. Total compensation will vary depending on revenue generated.
