Who Are We Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our team. This mid-level role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years of experience in supervising, management, or leading a team, particularly within the food industry. The Production Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring that production operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all food safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Production Manager and other Production Administrators to plan and arrange timelines and schedules for various projects.
- Ensure all production activities adhere to food safety regulations and policies.
- Oversee the proper handling and storage of food products to ensure compliance with FDA, SQF, and other relevant standards.
- Supervise and mentor the Production Team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure optimal performance.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, supporting one-on-one mentoring and team coaching.
- Address and resolve any team-related issues or concerns, escalating them to the Production Manager when necessary.
- Ensure that the Production Team is fully equipped with all necessary supplies, materials, and uniforms for the week or specific projects.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office tools to log batch numbers, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintain other essential documentation.
- Track and report on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Requirements
Requirements:
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Industry is preferred.
- Food Handler's Card in San Bernardino County is a plus
- 2-3 Years of food manufacturing, food handling, and food management experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members individually and as a group.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving, organizing, and multi-tasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office tools for documentation and reporting.
