Job description
JDK Construction Services is the largest female owned and operated construction cleaning and support services company in Michigan. Our company has been specializing in new, final and post construction clean up services for a broad range of commercial and residential properties since 2000.
Pay: $16-$20/hr based on experience
Construction Cleaner job summary:
Experience is a plus, but is NOT mandatory. We will train all new hires.
- Vacuum/wipe out cabinets in kitchens, bathrooms and basements.
- Clean windows
- Shop-Vac / Sweep sub-floors
- Vacuum carpet
- Sweep and mop all hard surface flooring
- Scrape/scrub/wash all surfaces to remove various debris
- Sweep, scrape, and power wash concrete
Construction Cleaner qualifications:
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Must clean quickly and with a high standard for detail
Each crew uses a company provided work van. Crew members meet at a central location to carpool. You are responsible for getting yourself to the carpool location daily. At the end of the workday, you will be returned to the same location.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
