JDK Construction Services is the largest female owned and operated construction cleaning and support services company in Michigan. Our company has been specializing in new, final and post construction clean up services for a broad range of commercial and residential properties since 2000.
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Window Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness of windows in various settings, ensuring a clear and spotless view for our clients.
Duties:
- Clean windows of residential and commercial buildings using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
- Perform custodial tasks related to window cleaning, including removing debris and ensuring cleanliness of window frames
- Utilize stackable and extension ladders to access windows at different heights
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure
Requirements:
- Proven experience in window cleaning or related custodial roles is preferred
- Ability to work safely at various heights
- Knowledge of construction cleaning practices and techniques
- Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality results
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting equipment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
