The role of the Senior Project Manager is to plan, execute, and close-out projects based upon strict deadlines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Directing and managing interior commercial construction projects for an entire project lifecycle.
- Creating, implementing, and executing an overall project schedule that meets client requirements.
- Collaborating with Estimating to review contract documents, and award subcontractors.
- Reviewing all financial data with attention to detail to quickly identify potential / existing issues.
- Administering the billing and collections process to ensure timely payments.
- Communicating regularly with the Project Superintendent to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule, as well as keeping them active in decision making.
- Meeting frequently with client representatives at various jobs to determine requirements and maintain favorable client relations.
