Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Thoroughly sweep the floors in the kitchen, ensuring to get underneath equipment and along walls
- Damp mop/scrub mats with degreaser, rinse with hot water
- Damp sweep & mop floor with degreaser
- Clean hand & compartment sinks
- Clean oven removing & clearing racks and both sides at door
- Clean grill, stove, tilt skillet, flat grills. streamer and salamanders
- Clean deep fryers that are turned & cooled off (hotel staff will empty & refill fryers)
- Remove vent hood filters and run through dish machine
- Clean shelves above prep station including underneath moving small items as necessary
- Replace mats to original position
- Damp mop/scrub mats
- Remove any trash or debris behind pillar at bar

QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team
- Reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job and duties
- Excellent time management skills
- Pays attention to detail when cleaning
- Organized and able to follow a schedule
- General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning
- Able to work weekends and occasional holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- 7 days a week
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $1,333.00 per month
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Overnight shift
Work Location: In person
