Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to identify customer needs.
- Provide detailed information about our services and how they can benefit the customer.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products
- Ensure timely completion of estimates
- Understand scope of work or accurate estimate

Skills
- Proven experience in sales and estimating is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to exceed sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent
