Pre-Cast Concrete Sales / Marketing Representative
JDM Materials Co. is looking for an experienced Pre-Cast Concrete Sales/ Marketing Representative. This position involves the selling and promotion of precast concrete products to owners, consulting engineers, agencies, municipalities, developers and contractors.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Makes regular, in person sales calls to customers identifying new projects opportunities.
· Makes routine visits to job sites to discuss sales cycle progression and the upcoming needs of the customers.
· Generates estimates and proposals for selected projects.
· Obtains bidders lists for projects that have been scoped out and estimated.
· Actively pursues bid projects with timely follow up and awareness of the project status.
· Provides management with timely and accurate reports as requested.
· Develops an understanding of the marketplace and industry trends.
Job Requirements
· Sales and customer service experience
· Proven track record in sales and customer service
· Knowledge of concrete
· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Self-motivated, Self-starter
· Reliability, dependability, honesty, and integrity is a must
· Valid driver’s license
Job Experience
· Sales – 3 years’ experience preferred
· Outside Sales – 1 year
· Customer Service – 3 years
· Ready Mix Concrete – 1 year
