PCB Validation Technician _ 5 yrs _ Onsite @ Palo Alto
Looking for someone on the HW side and has experience with PCB Chip Equipment. They need to have experience opening up the box and looking at the boards and doing validation testing. Should have some experience with scripting and prefer someone with a little coding experience.
Role SummaryIn this position within the Autonomy Hardware team, you will maintain a hardware lab including its test platforms, test equipment, power and networking devices, etc.. You will also participate in hardware validate routines and work with other team members to collect test results .
Requirements and Responsibility
- Past experience working with low-voltage PCB / devices
- Conduct test sequences on hardware validation platforms (including PCBs, test equipment and debugger cables, etc), collect data based on given instructions and test vectors, and generate daily reports;
- Bring up, calibrate and trouble-shoot lab equipment, to maintain their working conditions;
- Coordinate and keep track of the usage of lab equipment and boards among multiple teams;
- Coordinate w/ facility and IT to setup and upkeep lab environment
