Junk Removal Specialist

Job Overview
As a Junk Removal Specialist, you will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and disposing of unwanted items from residential and commercial properties. You’ll be part of a team that works directly with customers to provide exceptional service while maintaining the JDog core values of respect, integrity, and trust.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by treating customers and their property with respect.

- Efficiently load and remove items such as furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, and other materials.

- Safely operate company vehicles to transport items to donation centers, recycling facilities, or waste management centers.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping trucks and equipment in excellent condition.

- Perform on-site evaluations to provide accurate estimates for junk removal services.- Uphold the JDog values of respect, integrity, and trust in all interactions.

- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment handling.

- Assist with demolition tasks, such as deck or shed removal, when required.

Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

- Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs ).

- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

- Prior experience in junk removal, hauling, or moving is a plus, but not required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Military veterans or those with a military background are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.12 - $29.04 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
