Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, with the ability to perform various tasks related to finishing and installing concrete surfaces. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. The Concrete Finisher will work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all work meets industry standards.
Duties
- Prepare and level surfaces for concrete pouring, ensuring proper alignment and grading.
- Finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools to achieve desired texture and smoothness.
- Apply caulking and sealants as needed for durability and weather resistance.
- Perform concrete forming tasks, including setting forms for sidewalks, driveways, and foundations.
- Assist in heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for concrete installation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on job sites.
- Operate concrete pumping equipment when required for large pours.
- Install flooring materials as necessary, ensuring proper integration with concrete surfaces.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to tools and equipment used in concrete work.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.

Pay: $23.13 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
