Construction Laborer and Heavy Equipment Operators

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer and operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites before, during, and after construction activities.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and other skilled tradespeople on-site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
• Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Help with the assembly of structures or installations as directed by project leads.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while on the job site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
