Primary duties include:

- OPERATIONS & PERSONNEL - Lead and Assist with dispatching assignments and driver communication
- SAFETY & COMPLAINCE - Promote and enforce company safety policies
- MAINTENANCE - Manage tractor maintenance program
- DRIVING - Up to 3 days/week running local FedEx Hub linehaul lanes
- RECRUITING & TRAINING - Communicate and on-board new candidates, administer road tests and train newly hired Class A CDL drivers
- Weekly salary AND additional mileage pay for all driving duties
- Total Compensation up to $80,000 annually
- At least 1 year of management experience preferred
- Valid Class A CDL with a minimum 12 months of tractor trailer experience required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
