Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication processes and a passion for building high-quality products. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with various materials and tools. As a Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw materials into finished products that meet our specifications and quality standards.

Duties

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Fabricate components using various tools and machinery, including welding equipment and machining tools.
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and concrete mixers safely and efficiently.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks, ensuring high-quality surfaces and structures.
• Assemble fabricated parts into final products, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.

Skills

• Proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication methods.
• Experience with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts and concrete mixers.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery effectively.
• Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and concrete finishing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.24 - $20.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
