The AI Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions using existing leading models, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role focuses on building solutions based on fabric data models and technical documentation to address specific business use cases. The AI Solutions Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision, and values of the company.

DATA ANALYTICS AND ENGINEERING FAMILY – CORE
Understands business needs and gathers requirements to design AI solutions that address specific use cases.Builds AI solutions using existing leading models, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, such as Azure Cognitive Services and Microsoft Fabric.Develops and maintains scalable AI architectures based on fabric data models and technical documentation.Integrates AI solutions into existing systems and workflows, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.Collaborates with data engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of AI solutions.Applies best practices in AI to optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and security.Ensures data quality and integrity by working with data teams to utilize existing data models effectively.Provides training and technical guidance to peers and clients on the implementation and use of AI solutions.Keeps abreast of the latest developments in AI tools and technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem.Conveys complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.In addition, this position will be responsible for the following :
Designs AI solutions that leverage pre-built models and services to meet business objectives.Develops and customizes AI applications using existing AI frameworks and APIs.Works with technical documents and fabric data models to implement AI functionalities.Ensures AI solutions comply with data privacy laws and company policies.Optimizes AI solutions based on user feedback and performance metrics.Mentors junior engineers and shares knowledge on best practices in AI solution development.Facilitates continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to existing AI solutions.Participates in the implementation of best practices surrounding AI solution development and administration.Identifies user trends based on analytics to determine future AI application changes.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to make specific and actionable recommendations based on research findings, business needs, and technical limitations.Inspires a sense of team in the work environment.Utilizes communication and conflict resolution skills to help foster teamwork and collaboration.Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude, maintaining composure under pressure.Encourages and motivates team performance and productivity in support of the supervisor’s direction and leadership.Demonstrates willingness and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to obtain information or solve problems in support of the team’s goals.Demonstrates positive approaches to adapting to change.
