We are looking for certified drone pilots with experience operating high-quality drone systems for aerial mapping and data capture. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the fast-growing drone industry.
What We’re Looking For:
We are specifically seeking pilots who already own or have access to:
- Required: Multirotor drones, such as the Mavic 3E, Matrice 4E/4T or an equivalent (or more powerful) system.
Candidates must have the necessary drone equipment to be considered for this role.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute automated flight plans designed for efficient aerial data collection.
- Maintain line of sight and accompany the drone during all operations.
- Coordinate with local airports, the FAA, and other authorities when necessary. Our team will support you in navigating these processes.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Multiple batteries to allow for extended flight times.
- Field charging equipment for operations in remote locations.
- Experience maneuvering in multi-class airspace and coordinating with relevant authorities.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Storage for uploading collected data (training will be provided as needed).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Multirotor Operators: $30–$60 per hour.
- Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based bonuses are available.
- Travel Expenses: All travel will remain within Washington State, and travel expenses—including mileage reimbursement and per diems—will be provided for assignments requiring travel.

Requirements:
- FAA Part 107 Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ownership or access to a multirotor drone (Mavic 3E equivalent or better) – required.

- Willingness to assist in scheduling and regulatory processes when needed.
