Description
Estheticians consult with our guests on their personal skin care needs, provide luxurious and rejuvenating services, use and recommend the AVEDA product line, while maintaining a clean and calm spa environment at all times.
Summary of Essential Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Uphold the Adolf Biecker standards of excellence
- Assess skincare needs and suggest appropriate services
- Provide various services such as:
- AVEDA skincare and body treatments
- Hydrafacials
- Waxing services
- Makeup application
- Suggest and promote retail products
- Maintain a clean and sanitary spa room
- Assist with spa laundry
Qualifications
Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Professional and reliable
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Good time management skills
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Esthiology license
- 1 years working experience in a spa preferred
