WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Salon Coordinator is an information specialist and guide for services, prices, and product knowledge. This position provides a warm welcome to guests, promotes products and services, manages appointments such as scheduling, checking in and checking out, and always ensures guest satisfaction by providing a world class experience. This is a great opportunity if you're interested in growing into salon management!
THE PERFECT FIT: Our team members maintain a polished, professional, fashion forward image and have excellent communication skills in person and on the phone. A naturally upbeat and friendly personality is also a must! The ideal fit is detail oriented, has computer skills and has a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service. Salon experience is a plus!
PAY & BENEFITS: Pay is $17 /hour plus bonus potential! We provide Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program and Generous Discounts on services/product for all team members. In addition, we offer Holiday Pay and optional insurances like Medical, Dental, and Disability for full-time team members.
LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS: This full-time opportunity is at our Main Line salon in Strafford. Part-time will also be considered. Applicants must be able to work every Saturday. This is a standing only position that requires some flexibility and mobility for various responsibilities such as bending to lift boxes and stock inventory.
