Job Details
Job Title: System Administrator
Location: Charlotte, NC

Key Responsibilities:
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide Level 1/2 desktop support, manage end-user devices, and resolve networking and server issues.
Endpoint and Software Management: Configure, deploy, and manage software using tools such as SCCM, Intune, and AutoPilot.
Application Packaging: Perform application scripting, packaging, and deployment following ITIL processes.
Vulnerability Management: Manage endpoint security and patching to ensure a secure IT environment.
Project Collaboration: Participate in endpoint-based projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Documentation and Reporting: Develop comprehensive documentation for installations, upgrades, and processes.
Technical Skills:
Strong experience with SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365.
Expertise in application packaging using Flexera AdminStudio and PowerShell scripting.
Advanced knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
Proficiency in managing modern Windows environments (Windows 10/11, security patching, and updates).
Experience with Teams Meeting Rooms is an added advantage.
Professional Experience:
10 years of experience supporting end-user devices and applications.
5 years of experience in application packaging and endpoint management.
Certifications (Preferred):
Microsoft Certifications in Intune, Azure.
ITIL Certification.
Other Skills:
Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
