Our brand is expanding its network of retail stores in Florida and SC.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our team !
A professional with an elegant appearance, warm personality, and friendly attitude is expected.
Primary responsibility is to drive sales, manage the operations of our store, work along side with a team that is focused on the customer experience, and provide the perfect setting for a memorable shopping experience.
Job duties include, but are not limited to :
manage effectively the day to day retail operations of the store, create schedules, on-boarding team members, motivating the team, operating a POS system, superior merchandising, insuring compliance with brand standards, requesting , receiving and maintaining perfect inventory as well as other work related duties as assigned.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays is a must.
The total salary package is 45,000.00 (base pay) per year plus sales commissions estimated to be $7000 to $15000 based on pre defined sales goals.
