ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Service Manager with Jean Stewart - State Farm Agent , you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.

In addition to leading the customer service team, you will specialize in selling Medicare supplement plans, helping clients navigate their healthcare coverage options with confidence. You will play a key role in educating customers on available plans, ensuring they receive the coverage that best fits their needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Educate clients on Medicare supplement options and assist with plan selection.
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their healthcare needs.
  • Meet sales goals related to Medicare supplement plans.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Life / Health insurance license.
  • Experience in Medicare supplement sales (preferred but not required).
