**Overview:**

**Duties:**
-Coordinate maintenance tasks and make-readys at single-family homes.
-Daily use of personal smartphone
-Follow up on maintenance work requests with residents & preferred vendors
-Communicate with Property owners regarding project estimates
-Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, or courier deliveries.
-Conduct on-site move-in and move-out video & photo inspections
-Complete move-in and move-out checklists to ensure proper transition to new tenants and oversee any needed repairs, cleaning, or make-ready work.
-Answer & direct calls, answer emails, & receive residents, clients & prospective residents or clients
-Ensure reception & office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms & brochures)
-Make sure the office is tidy and perform light cleaning of the lobby area and conference room daily
-Special projects as assigned
-You may be asked to volunteer at community events
-May need to be available for after-hours/weekend emergency service calls
-Weekends WFH (for emergency calls only)
**Skills:**
-High School Diploma/GED
-Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
-Experience in Property Management Preferred
-A motor vehicle & Valid DL required
-Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Call Center, Secretary or similar role
-Great customer service skills
-Solid written & verbal communication skills
-Ability to be resourceful & proactive when issues arise
-Prompt, regular attendance
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines & printers)
-Teachable, Can-Do Attitude
-Excellent organizational skills
-Attention to detail is a must
-Multitasking & time-management
skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
