Come join our team as a Facilities Coordinator, where under the direction of the AVP - Facilities, you will provide support and services to maintain the functionality, efficiency, safety, and sustainability of buildings, grounds, and infrastructure. Provides procurement for Credit Union supplies, equipment, and furniture.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Provides procurement services for Credit Union supplies, equipment, and furniture. Reconciles settlement of costs by cost center. Maintains inventory levels for stationery, office supplies, janitorial supplies, and corporate refreshments.
- Manages, monitors, and responds timely to requests received through the Facilities Operations help desk.
- Submits and processes occupancy and utility invoices.
- Schedules and supervises vendors at all locations during inspections, maintenance, repairs, etc., in accordance with security policies and procedures.
- Monitors and ensures adherence for vendor contracts, including but not limited to: landscape, snow removal, janitorial, HVAC, fire safety, and generator maintenance. Assists with review and management of equipment service contracts.
- Orders custom branded supplies such as business cards, name badges, and nameplates.
- Provides secure daily pick up at USPS to sort and deliver mail-in payments.
- Performs periodic branding audits at each Credit Union location to ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and overall brand image are maintained.
- Assists with annual budget analysis and projection.
- Serves as back-up to the Credit Union Courier and the AVP – Facilities.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience | One month to twelve months of similar or related experience. |
Education | A high school education or GED. |
Interpersonal Skills | Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information. |
Salary : $18 - $26
