HR Coordinator

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As a key member of the human resources team, the HR Coordinator provides comprehensive support and manages the full employee lifecycle to ensure the efficient functioning of the HR department. The ideal candidate thrives in an agile environment and has a customer-first and can-do attitude with a strong attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the onboarding process of all new hires and maintain the ongoing status of all offers.
- Keep records in all systems updated and accurate (VantagePoint, Paycor payroll and benefits, Culture Index, benefit carrier platforms, and internal systems).
- Maintain electronic employee files.
- Assist with employment-related inquiries and other HR related requests from applicants, employees, managers, external parties, etc.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, recommend best practices, and review and update internal policies.
- Conduct exit interviews, provide feedback and report on trends.
- Coordinate special events, training, interview agendas, candidate travel arrangements, employee engagement activities, volunteer events, etc.
- Assist with identifying / developing content for social media posts.
- Prepare and run reports for compliance and ad hoc purposes.
- Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and 3rd party recruiting firms, and assist with following up on candidate status and obtaining feedback.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, as needed.

- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with HRIS platforms and benefit administration systems and Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to act with integrity and professionalism, and handle data with confidentiality.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
