Main Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all cannabis inventory processes comply with state and federal regulations, particularly regarding inventory management and reporting. Stay updated on cannabis regulations and adjust inventory and data practices accordingly.
- Tracking and Reporting: Track all product movement from raw materials, production, storage, and distribution, ensuring compliance with track-and-trace systems. Prepare and submit required compliance reports to regulatory authorities in a timely manner.
- Production Records: Maintain accurate digital production records, including batch records, ingredient logs, packaging information, and inventory movement. Work closely with production teams to ensure systematic product creation is properly documented and compliant.
- Lab Testing Submissions: Manage the process for submitting product samples to accredited labs for required testing. Track lab testing results and document them in ERP and compliance systems.
