Job Summary :
The Production Value Stream Supervisor will manage shift operations and employees in a regulated, cannabis production and packaging operation. This position will work with the Production Manager to plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes so that products are delivered on time and within budget. This position includes managing a team of 100 hourly Production Technicians engaged in producing several cannabis. All members of the DreamFields production team are expected to be adaptable, honest, and professional.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Must ensure the team is following the production schedule, working efficiently and give precise instruction on expectations and quotas
- Audit teams every two hours to make sure that they are on track to meet the daily goal
- Must ensure the team is following proper sanitation protocols and are wearing proper PPE
