Job Summary : The Security Supervisor in Arizona is responsible for managing daily unarmed security operations. This role focuses on maintaining safety, overseeing a team of security officers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and handling all security-related incidents. The Security Supervisor will work closely with the Senior Security Supervisor and Regional Security Manager to ensure all security protocols are upheld, and emergency situations are managed effectively.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Manage and mentor the security team, ensuring adherence to company protocols and Arizona security regulations.
- Evaluate team performance and organize ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist in developing and updating security protocols and responding to emergency situations.
- Manage shift scheduling to ensure continuous security coverage across all shifts.
