Job Summary : The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations. This role involves managing a team of security officers, both armed and unarmed, while ensuring strict compliance with company policies and California's legal requirements. The Security Supervisor will act as the lead in managing escalated security incidents and coordinating emergency response efforts.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage the security team, ensuring high performance across all shifts.
- Conduct performance evaluations for security personnel and provide ongoing training.
- Assist the Regional Security Manager in developing and implementing security protocols and emergency response plans.
- Manage security personnel scheduling to ensure full coverage, including nights and weekends.
- Oversee security operations and ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
