Job Summary : The Senior Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing production operations across multiple value streams, ensuring alignment with company goals. This individual manages production activities, leads continuous improvement initiatives, and balances immediate productivity with long-term value stream health. The role includes managing risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the production of high-quality cannabis products. The Senior Manufacturing Manager will also collaborate with other departments to meet the company's financial and operational objectives.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Oversees production teams across multiple shifts and locations, ensuring alignment with operational goals and KPIs.
- Manages risks, resolves issues, and coordinates work between teams across the value stream.
- Leads a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability, focused on associate engagement, safety, and high performance.
- Directly supervises Production Managers and Supervisors responsible for achieving key performance metrics, safety, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders (e.g., Quality, Compliance, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure all value stream objectives are met.
