Title : Google Cloud Platform Architect
Location : Springfield, MO (Onsite)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud Platform Architect to lead cloud foundation build, on-premises migration to Google Cloud Platform, and Vertex AI implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Google Cloud Platform architectures with best practices.
- Lead on-prem to Google Cloud Platform migration and Vertex AI integration.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of Google Cloud Platform architecture experience
Hands-on experience in cloud foundation build & migration
Expertise in Vertex AI, ML models, and Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Kubernetes, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage)
Strong knowledge of networking, security, IAM, and DevOps practices
Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring tools (Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana)
Preferred Skills:
Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud Architect certification
Experience with AWS, Azure, hybrid/multi-cloud strategies
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Familiarity with serverless computing, cloud cost management, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2)
