Junior Data Analyst

The Entry-Level Transit Maintenance Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our client's maintenance operations through data management, invoicing, and Maximo system administration. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate with a passion for data and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Data Management and Analysis:
• Collect, organize, and analyze data related to transit maintenance activities.
• Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes.
• Invoicing Tracking and Reconciliation:
• Track and reconcile invoices from vendors and subcontractors.
• Verify invoice accuracy against work orders and contracts.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment.
• Generate reports relating to invoice status.
• Maximo System Support:
• Input and export data within the Maximo enterprise asset management system.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining data within Maximo.
• Support users with Maximo-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Run reports and create custom reports within Maximo.
• Assist with data cleanup and process improvement within Maximo.
• General Support:
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
• Assist in the development of documentation and training materials.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,319.00 - $71,182.00 per year
