Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Training Manager located in Baltimore, MD. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs primarily Rail Roadway Worker Protection (RWP) training, conducting training needs assessments, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness. This is prinarily an in person role.
Qualifications
- Training Program Development, Coordination, and Evaluation skills
- Training Needs Assessment and Analysis skills
- Experience in conducting training sessions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the transportation specifically working with Light Rail, Metro and Commuter Rail systems and an extensive background in safety practices
- Certified / experience leading RWP training is preferred, but candidates with the right knowledge base and background may be provided on the job training
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
