As a Hybrid-Remote Insurance Sales Representative, your primary focus will be selling auto insurance while exploring opportunities to cross-sell additional products, including renters, home, condo, rental property, umbrella, earthquake, and life insurance. This role offers a competitive salary ran of $41,500-$45,000, plus commission opportunities and a hybrid work option. First year expected on track earning potential of $65,000 With a professional office setting and some remote work flexibility, this position provides an excellent opportunity for growth in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities
- Educate clients and provide professional advice on insurance options.
- Provide accurate insurance quotes and confidently ask for the sale.
- Follow up on unsold quotes to close the sale.
- Make calls to generate new insurance leads and request quotes.
- Offer personalized recommendations and highlight bundling opportunities.
- Actively seek additional sales opportunities to round out account.
Requirements
- Must have an active Property and Casualty License or willing to obtain one before starting.
- Licensing reimbursement available.
- Self-driven, assertive, and motivated to succeed.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Patient, customer-focused, and willing to provide exceptional service.
