This role supports the Executive Chef in food preparation, kitchen operations, and event execution, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet our renowned standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for catering events, private dinners, and large-scale functions.
- Support the Executive Chef with menu execution, food prep, and plating to maintain consistency and presentation.
- Oversee kitchen stations, ensuring ingredients are properly prepped, labeled, and stored.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service.
- Adapt to changing menus and event-specific needs while maintaining quality and efficiency.
