What You’ll Do:
- Inspire Growth: Lead agents to achieve both personal and office production goals by fostering an environment of motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Foster Success: Conduct one-on-one coaching, group trainings, and Lunch & Learns to help agents sharpen their skills and achieve results.
- Build Culture: Create an environment where positivity, collaboration, and success thrive while keeping a sharp focus on our core values. Celebrate top performers, challenge the middle achievers, and motivate the rest to reach their potential.
- Drive Results: Monitor CRM health, track progress, and implement strategies to grow office transactions and volume.
- Recruit and Develop: Attract new talent to the team and mentor future leaders from within.
- Collaborate: Build and improve upon relationships with other internal team offices, operations staff, outside brokerages, and vendors.
