Jeff DAmbrosio Auto Group has an opening for the position of Body Shop Foreman. This is a working-foreman position where time is divided between coordinating / overseeing activities in the Body Shop, and physically working on vehicles. The Body Shop Foreman must be service minded, hard working, and dedicated to providing the highest level of quality in the industry. We are seeking a Foreman who is highly professional and who can work individually, as well as part of a multi-functional team.

Key responsibilities :
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs and restorations to the highest standards
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of all projects within the Service Department
- Managing a team of auto mechanics and technicians with multiple jobs simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Creates, assigns, and maintains work orders ensuring work is distributed efficiently for the highest productivity and standard of repair.
- Ensure a safe and productive operation through proper implementation and administration of company policies and procedures
- Quality Assurance of work performed / delivered by the Service Shop
