Jeff Dambrosio Auto Group is looking for an experienced Service BDC Agent / Manager to work in our BDC Center and assist in our daily operations.  We have a strong group of Sales agents and are looking to include our Service Department appointments into this office.  We are a high volume shop, that is looking for someone with experience to help train, motivate, and guide a growing team of representatives to increase productivity through organization and processes.

Qualification for Service BDC Manager

  • Experience as a Service BDC agent or manager
  • disciplined self starter
  • Task and process oriented
  • Upbeat, energetic and friendly
  • Able to work independently
  • Reynolds and Reynolds / Xtime experience a plus
