Position Overview :
Jeff D’Ambrosio Auto Group is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist for our Body Shop department. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a welcoming experience while managing administrative duties to support the Body Shop team. The candidate must be willing to learn the business and grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle repairs and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding repair status, estimates, and insurance claims.
- Maintain and update records, including repair orders, invoices, and customer information.
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages for the department.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
