Compensation & Benefits :
The compensation for this position ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the appointment calendar
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
- Follow dealership policies and procedures at all times
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high-stress situations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
