Preferred Qualifications :

Prior sales or insurance experience preferred but not required.

Proven track record of meeting sales goals.

Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and auditory).

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Experience in marketing and customer outreach.

Ability to make presentations to potential clients.

Licensing Requirements :

Property & Casualty License (must be obtained after hire).

Life & Health License (must be obtained after hire).

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain lasting client relationships by providing personalized insurance solutions.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about coverage options.

Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and community outreach.

Participate in collaborative team meetings and ongoing training.

Maintain a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service.

What We Offer :

Competitive Compensation : $40,000–$60,000 per year (salary commission / bonus).

Sign-On Bonus : For already licensed professionals.

Benefits Package : Includes Simple IRA, health benefits, and paid time off.

Licensing Reimbursement : For licensing expenses after three months of employment.

Career Advancement : Opportunities to grow within the agency and participate in the Agent Aspirant Program for those looking to open their own State Farm Agency.

Mount Juliet, TN

Lebanon, TN

Office Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM.
