You will work closely with leadership, marketing teams, and prospective clients to meet and exceed sales goals, while ensuring a smooth and supportive transition for future residents. You will oversee marketing strategies, collaborate on leasing opportunities, and manage the entire sales cycle.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Sales Expertise : Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales / marketing for Life Plan Communities or Independent Senior Living.
- Dynamic Communication Skills : Ability to connect with diverse audiences and guide them through complex decisions.
- Data-Driven Professional : Adept at using data to inform decision-making and advance sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred : Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field strongly preferred.
- Customer-Centric Approach : A passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
