EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3 years of relevant long-term care managerial experience.
- Licensed Health Facilities Administrator (HFA) in the State of Indiana or the ability to become licensed.
- Experience with a faith-based, not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community is preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have an Indiana HFA license or the ability to get one.
