Farmers Insurance is seeking an experienced and dynamic Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team. If you have phone sales experience and a strong desire to help clients secure the right insurance coverage, we want to hear from you!
Schedule Overview :
We hire individuals who are goal driven and money motivated because we only work 32 hours a week. We believe our employees are happier when they have a great work-home / life balance. Our staff works, TUE 10-6, WED 12-6, THURS 12-6, FRI 12-6, & SAT 9-3. OFF : Sun and Mon.
START DATE : Monday February 17th 2025. Your first two weeks you will work Monday - Friday for training! Week three you will move to the Tuesday - Saturday schedule!

Requirement
Applicants must be licensed in Property & Casualty in TX or willing to get licensed. (We will cover the cost of the course to help with licensing.) Within six-eight months of hiring, you must have your Life and Health license also.
Salary : $45,000 - $70,000
