ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As an Account Representative for our office, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Our office has been in Billings for over 30 years and has strong ties to the community. We pride ourselves on our customer service and the relationships we have built with our customers over the years.

MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY WORKWEEK - NO WEEKENDS

WE WILL HELP YOU OBTAIN YOUR REQUIRED INSURANCE LICENSE

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Provide information about insurance products and services.

Call and follow up with sales prospects.

Work sales leads.

Complete assigned marketing activities such as social media accounts.

Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Insurance experience is a plus

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Salary : $35,000 - $55,000
