ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Jeff Markworth State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a sales role .
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Ability to obtain a Nebraska Property & Casualty Insurance License
Ability to obtain a Nebraska Life & Health License
